The collection

More than bottles.
A living archive.

An international archive of fruit brandies, production traditions and bottle design.

The museum brings together rakia and related fruit spirits from the Balkans, Europe, Asia, the Americas and beyond. Every bottle reveals a place, a production method and a culture of sharing.

Italy

Grappa

A pomace brandy made from grape skins, seeds and stems left after winemaking, traditionally enjoyed as a digestif.

France

Marc

The French relative of grappa: robust, earthy and distilled from grape pomace.

Peru & Chile

Pisco

An aromatic grape brandy known both as a spirit in its own right and as the foundation of the Pisco Sour.

Georgia

Chacha

A powerful traditional pomace brandy closely connected to hospitality, feasts and family production.

Central & Eastern Europe

Slivovitz

A plum brandy with a rich fruit character and an enduring place at celebrations and family gatherings.

More than 100 bottles connect local Bulgarian favourites with rare examples from across Europe and the world.
