Website and ticket information
We aim to keep descriptions, schedules and prices accurate. Availability may change, and the details shown during checkout form part of your order.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when payment is accepted and a confirmation is issued. Please check the selected experience, date and quantity before completing payment.
Visiting the museum
Visitors must follow staff guidance and treat the collection, premises and other guests with respect. Alcoholic tastings are available only to adults who meet the applicable age requirements. Staff may refuse alcohol service where responsible service requires it.
Changes
If the museum must materially change or cancel a booked experience, we will contact affected customers using the information supplied with the order and explain the available alternatives.
